Drawing crop support as normal crop for batch convert

Currently we need to write down the pixels etc of teh area we want to crop. That is Ok as complement but when you simply want to batch crop its quite slow trial and error approach. We need to be able to draw the crop as with the normal crop tool or its faster to do batch crop in elsewhere. I rather don't open photoshop for only a batch crop & resize.
It doesn't need as complete crop tool as the non batch one, simply drawing a marquee would be enough.
