default Copy to "image contents"?

Is there a way to switch Copy (including Ctrl+C) to default to image contents not to image path? As a recent convert from Classic, I find this change not very useful and I would prefer to have it the way it was in Classic,

you can change the shortcut in Settings>Interface

Thank you, this helps a little - changes shortcut but not the meaning of the menu command.

I think it would be great if this could be changed too, for people who use XnView less as an image organizers (copying files) and more a quick sketchpad for cropping, resizing, sharpening etc, with end result often being pasted to social media
