The Random file command, button, and menu item should be disabled if there is currently no file or folder loaded.
Currently on 0.98.0, if you click "Random file" button or use the "Random file" menu entry or use the keyboard shortcut for the command "Random file", the entire program will crash if there is no file or folder loaded.
The solution: Behavior should be the same as with Next file and Previous file. These two commands are disabled if nothing is loaded. The same should be true for Random file.
0.98.0 - Random file should be *disabled* when no file or folder is loaded
