Hi,
First of all, congrats to the dev of this software, it's really the best in class for image viewers.
However, I noticed that XnView MP is now over 250MB, which is quite heavy for an image viewer software.
I really like the software but it would be nice if it could be made a little bit lighter so it's faster and using less disk space.
Do we really need the embedded website engine for screenshots and video codec since nobody use it as a video player by example ?
When I dug in the binaries, I could see a lot of duplicated dependencies, especially in the Qt toolkit, crossed versions of some apis like the ffmpeg ones and more stuff feeling a bit temporary type. I think some clean up and optimizations to be made here. Not to mention that a better consistency in naming convention across folders and files could be done too.
A user that really likes and use XnView everyday.
Can XnView MP have a little weight watchers session ?
