Wrong output to nconvert

I have a simple setting, using "Rotate to Exif"
Unbenannt.PNG
But the export to nconvert sets the rotation to 0:

nconvert -ratio -rtype lanczos -rflag decr -resize longest 2000  -rotate 0 -o jpeg -q 80
