0.98.1 Hover mouse animation and HiPDI

Hi Pierre,
I've notice two issues in last version of program.
Please see gif files.

It looks like HiDPI checkbox have invert toggle, then it off it works, maybe i wrong understand that option.

And another issue it's hover animation it works weird during hovering mouse cursor.
I have 4k monitor with 125% system upscale

you should not use 'Zoom on HDPI.....'
