How to Add Category if i've deleted all ?

After install first thing i've done - delete all the categories.
But popup-menu open only when i click at any exist category
How to add category in that case ?

Try this:
Diplay "Categories filter" pane, right-click on "Categories, New category"

Or

Create a text file containing one word by line
In Categories pane, open the drop-down menu, Categoreies management, Import categories file ...
the words of the text file becomes new categories ...
