Can I filter photos by having GPS or not?

Hello, my photo library has lots of photos taken on both my camera and my phone - my camera (FZ330) doesn't have GPS in, and I very frequently forget to run the app on my phone alongside it to fill in the GPS details.

Can anyone please advise me on how I can just show photos in my library that don't have GPS filled in? Specifically I'm using EXIF: Latitude - if that is blank I'd like to see the photos, and then gradually add the details and hopefully have none showing in that filter :)

and a convenient tool that can extrapolate the intermediate positions, or read a gpx file, or create a gpx file ...

Thank you so much! That's super helpful :D

I'm also going to try the tool you mentioned as that could be perfect - I love XnView but maybe this other tool could be a little better specifically for this :)
