Convert 256 colors to True colors using Gimp palette

Hi.

I have file 1.bmp and palette to this file 1.gimp. I would like to know
is it possible in some way to convert image 1.bmp into truecolors by using 1.gimp palette?

I have a lot of files to convert so I would like to have batch file or something for that purpose.
