[REQ:] Show hidden files and folders

In Options -> Browser -> File List exists the item "Show hidden files".
Un/Checking this option also affects on hidden folders, so it should be called "Show hidden files and folders".
Furthermore there should be an advice, that it's nessecary to restart xnView to take effect after changing this setting.
