Photo size is being reduced by XnView

I've just noticed that the photos that my photos (in ARW format) which come out of the camera at 6000 x 4000 pixels are being opened by XnView Classic at 1616 x 1080 pixels. I don't like that. Why is it doing that? If I can't change that, I'll have to find a different software to use to edit my photos.
