Saving in PNG produces artifacts

it's a 8bits+alpha, you need to convert it in 32bits (it will be automatically converted in future version)

I'm sorry, I'm a beginner. Can you please give me more precise instructions? Should I convert the image to 32-bit color depth and then shrink it? I've tried, but I'll lose transparency.
