Option to rotate selection before select 'Crop'and for filters

But we can't turn a selected frame - before - we open the crop function.

And we can't turn a selected frame for any filter function

Hi Pierre, I don't see any free choice selection in the programme.
All filters work on a rectangular selection and horizontal.

Some samples:
- it would be nice to have a circle selection for "red-eye-reduction"
- darking a mountain or sky in a landscape isnt often horizontal
