MP v0.99.1 Win-x64: F4 for mspaint does not work

Hello Team,

Please let me ask you about this matter whether it is a bug.

XnView MP for Windows Version 0.99.1 64bits.
OS : Windows 11 Version 21H2

Since I have updated the Windows OS from 10 to 11, the F4 for "mspaint" does not work.

> When the OS was 10
1. Open an image (png, jpg, and so on)
2. Click F4 button
3. mspaint is opened and see the same image.

> When the OS is 11
1. Open an image (png, jpg, and so on)
2. Click F4 button
3. <Nothing changes>
