How to copy color code currently being pointed by mouse?

so, just to copy (not to remember!!! in popup hint pressing Ctrl+Shift+I) required hex color code i have to launch VirtualBox with Photoshop and pick colors in there... OMG why its not possible just to copy that color in XnView ?? How to do that?

You have to press Control modifier key + right mouse button when the color infotip appears.
