0.99.4 Launching on macOS Monterey reboots the machine
Launching 0.99.4 on macOS Monterey with Intel i9 reboots the machine. Version 0.99.1 starts normally.

Re: 0.99.4 Launching on macOS Monterey reboots the machine
I switched between .4 and .1 versions many times. Every time I try to start version .4 the MacBook reboots to an error report. Re-installung version .1 the program starts normally. The recent used folder is not available (not mounted) in both conditions. What can I do to help finding the problem? Is the mac error report useful for you?

Re: 0.99.4 Launching on macOS Monterey reboots the machine
The folder I recently worked on, has been a network folder. xnview opens this folder the next time it is startet (when the folder exists).
May be there is a problem, if the folder is not mounted (does not exist). I will try various conditions with existing and non existing folders.

Re: 0.99.4 Launching on macOS Monterey reboots the machine
but you should have the same problem in 0.99.1 if the folder is not mounted.
You can try to rename the xnview.ini too

Re: 0.99.4 Launching on macOS Monterey reboots the machine
I tried 0.99.6. The machine crashes as before described.
But there is a difference: the machine crashes too after reinstalling 0.99.1.
I went back to a snapshot using 0.99.1: 0.99.1 runs normally.

Re: 0.99.4 Launching on macOS Monterey reboots the machine
really strange, do you have tried to rename the xnview.ini?

0.99.6 runs normally after deleting the XnView.ini file! Thanks for the solution.
