EXIF TOOL ADD ON MALWARE

Dears
Recently I started using XnView 0.99.1 and my anti-virus tool Comodo signals malware linked to the EXIF TOOL addon in the application.
The EXIF TOOL version in this version of XnView is 12.06. See screen capture enclosed.
On another desktop I still use XnView 0.98.2 with EXIF TOOL 12.06 included. Here there is no malware alert.
Can you please check there is any risk in using XnView 0.99.1?
