What's the first (on left) overlay icon? :-|
Vertical arrow with an exclamation point inside?

it's not default icon, you use your own icons?

Oh, yes. :-(
I have deleted .\icons\info.png and that's strange icon become last standard icon "Sidecar chain".
Then, I don't use my info.png anymore.
