CSS to change browser background color?

Changed some of the old dark css and got to the above which I think works really well for a theme, apart from the browser background color being white - any way to change the browser background color and perhaps the title bar too with css?

I was able to figure it out, but I'm wondering if it's possible to change the title bar color on mac? I want to make my own theme that's a combination of light for the tree view and darker for the thumbnail view as for me that's the optimal visual experience (some other software also subscribe to this view).



Also noticed a bug? where the default colors on Format colors, even when its not enabled, changed the color of the browser thumbnail text and overrode any other color settings.
