rotation mouse cursor missing?

Hi. When I am cropping and rotating an image, it seems that the rotation mouse cursor is missing. It used to be present.
I can always rotate using the rotation dialogue, but having the rotation mouse cursor would be nice.
When I go to the edge of the crop, only the resize crop cursor appears.
Is there some setting I need to deal with to re-enable the rotation mouse cursor?

Thank you for registering here in the XnView forum and your request, Ariel. Until now, XnView doesn't support rotating by dragging the corners of the selection. I assume that you saw this in a different graphic program other than XnView.
