Color and Size changed when using heic output format

Source format: JPG
Output format: HEIC (quality 80 or 100)
Actions: None
Output Options: Keep date attributes, Preserve Metadata, Preserve color profile(or not)
Issue: Image color changed significantly, and image height/weight increase some pixels.

Sorry, I can't find any ini file, but I confirmed using default options other than above.

Could you send me the heic file? Writing HEIC is made by the Windows plugin
