This bug has existed for years now.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Thumbnail Browser
2. View any folder with multiple images
3. Select one of the images
4. Ctrl+c to "copy"
5. Ctrl+v to "paste"
6. Newly copied image appears at the bottom of directory, and automatically selected
Expected behavior:
Hit Enter and the file should open. Use cursor keys and it should move relative to the new file.
What happens:
Hit Enter - does nothing. Using cursor keys jumps to TOP of directory.
