Delete Photo/Thumbnail from Manilla folder's

Hi
I would like to have all my folders just plain Manilla with no photo/thumbnail sowing on it. But try as I may I can't change them and it seems random with some folders show thumbnail and others not.

Please can someone educated me on how to delete the photo/thumbnail from folders or how to have them on all folders?

In menu "Tools » Settings..." | category "Browser » File list" | tab "Custom filter" please uncheck "Show as thumbnail" for folders and close settings dialog with "OK". From now on you will no longer have thumbnails on folders.
