XN Batch Action Preset View State

I would like to see the collapsed / expanded view state of the individual batch actions stored in the saved preset XML.

Many actions have no parameters, others I have no intention of changing the parameters, but with them all expanded by default, large action sets become challenging to navigate.

More often then not, I simply need the option to enable / disable them quickly, so they can stay collapsed.
It would be great if this preference were remembered along with the actual parameters.

Stretch goal : Textbox in the action title pane to enter custom arbitrary descriptor. ( to help explain what the action step is accomplishing for future reference / sharing with others ).

For example, you might have a collapsed curves action with the custom text "Reduce Blue Highlights"
