Easy way to crash XnView. Fun Fun Fun (umm not really)

- Make sure that the 'Only one instance' option is checked
- Open any image in to view mode
- Then open the 'Effects...' dialog or any other dialog what haves that 'Apply to image' checkbox. (Don't close the dialog)
- Open any image to XnView from Windows explorer. Open file to associated to xnview or use the send to menu or whatever way you prefer to open files.
= XnView crash!

Windows 2000
XnView 1.80.3

I am not sure if this happens only with dialogs what haves that 'Apply to image' checkbox, but it sure feels like it.

As soon as only one instance is checked -> crash

Hello,

XnView was working fine until I select "only one instance".
Then, when I double-click a file to open it from File Manager, XnViem seems to start (File manager desappears) but XnView screen is not displayed and no instance of it runs.
As soon I reset OnlyOneInstance=0 in xnview.ini, it works again...
