XnView Classic 2.50.4 not playing videos (just audio)
I've used XnView Classic for several years, and just upgraded to a new computer. It runs just fine on my old Windows 10 PC, but on my new one, when a video is displayed, it only plays the audio and not the video. I've installed the full K-Lite Codec package, rebooted, and searched in here for an answer, but can't find one. The only real difference between my old computer and the new one is that the old one was a 32-bit Windows system, whereas the new one is 64-bit (but the Classic XnView is a 32-bit program, so I don't see how that would make a difference). Thanks in advance for any help!!

Pierre, thanks for your reply. There are certain features in XnView Classic which I prefer to the MP version (and I have tried it, and it does play videos with no problem on the same computer).
I had already loaded the K-Lite codecs as I indicated in my post. And I've looked at what codecs are installed on both computers, and they are identical (though a couple of them may be slightly newer versions on the 64-bit computer which won't play the videos in Classic).
Also, I checked my laptop just now, and it is also a Windows 10, 64-bit, computer with the same codecs, and the Classic version on that computer also does not play videos, nor does it even play the audio, like the other computer does. I'm starting to think that there is something about the 64-bit Windows operating system that is the problem, since videos play fine in Classic on my computer with the 32-bit Windows operating system.

XnView Classic 2.50.4 not playing videos, also not audio, and doesn't show thumbnails, and doesn't open videos on double click.
the files are mp4/avc.
i have no codecs, but it plays in Windows Media (windows 7 x64)
