Could we have one click zoom e.g. click middle mouse button without dragging zoom/crop selection rectangle will zoom to say 150%.
This is quick and easy way to zoom, i really hate the dragging of rectangle every time i need to zoom.
And once you are in zoomed in mode - clicking left mouse button and dragging will not add more rectangles, it will instead drag the image across the screen (no need to use the bottom right side preview to navigate when zoomed in).
Please refer to FastStone image viewer for example, way they have zoom implemented is much more straight forward to understand and use.

Re: One-click zoom option
Hello,
Haven't tested FastStone but did you try the "move image" choice in Settings > Interface > Mouse?
With "left button : move image" you can -within the preview in browser mode, or in view mode- zoom to 100 % and pan the image only by pressing the left button. Very handy.
Hope this helps...
