I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I would like to request a feature like this:

I'm shooting a camera tethered to the computer, and each shot adds a new file in a folder with an incremented file name (and of course a newer time/date). Many tethering software do not display images in full screen! So I would love a feature in XnView that always display the newest file in a folder (maybe a kind of "slideshow" option). Just have to be sure that the JPG is fully written before trying to display it.
Thanks guys, the MP version is awesome.

Re: Feature Request: display last picture added to the folder
I was just about writing a similar feature request, but instead I can bump this one
- To my knowledge this is still not possible (automatically jump to a new file if it appears in the current folder) with XnViewMP 1.0, but maybe I'm wrong.
- In the meantime more and more cameras (also amateur models) offer file transfer via wifi, so this might get a more common scenario for having a big view of the just taken shot.
In my opinion this would be a great addition to XnViewMP
