Ability to drag&drop files to favorites folders

I would like to be able to move files from the browser to a folder in the favorites directories section.
At the moment, when moving files to the favorites section, a crossed-out black circle just appears.

Thank you for your suggestion, MARK2580 . "Favorites" panel is for your favorite folders, only, not for individual images. If you want to set favorites for your images, you have to use categories. There are star ratings (1-5) and pre-defined categories. Either you can use one of these or you can also define a new category (e.g. "My Favorites") and then drag & drop your images there.

Perhaps you misunderstood me: I don't want to pin any specific pictures in this panel, I want to be able to MOVE images to these folders (grag & drop), as it happens with a regular directory tree. I hope now I expressed myself more correctly.
