Shortcut to continue playing gif

Hi,
is there a shortcut to continue playing gif? I found that Esc acts as a stop, but didn't find how to continue playing.
Only frame by frame (Ctrl + Page Down (Up)).

FAIK, by default there is no shortcut assigned for restarting animation. But you can define a new shortcut yourself via "Tools > Settings | Interface | Shortcuts". There, choose "Viewer mode" in the drop down list and then assign a shortcut to "cmd_animation". You'll find "cmd_animation" command quickly by entering "ani" as filter.
