How to create .MP4 thumbnails in file list?

Hi!

.MP4 videos play fine for me, but unfortunately there are no thumbnails in the file list, only a 'video' icon. Is there a way to create/show thumbnails in the file list?

I am using:

Settings>Filelist - custom filter - Video
