Attempting to load this PNG file produces an error saying "File can't be loaded!" It does load successfully in all other programs I tried.

It was generated by a program called Incendia, and all PNG files produced by it seem to have this problem with XnView. It may well be the case that the real bug is in Incendia, but again, it seems only XnView can't load these files.
