1.3: Loop videos doesn't work

XnView: MP 1.3.0 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 11 - 64-bit

Setting video loop without internal video player has no effect.

To reproduce:
1. set useinternalvideoplayer to false
2. run XnViewMP
3. tick loop and autoplay videos in settings
4. open folder with video files
5. select video

Actual behaviour: video is playing but stops at the end without looping.

Expected behaviour: video should always loop.
