Xnview MP OSX Webp no previews anymore

Hello,

I'm using XnView MP on a Macbook, which is an old "stuff" (OSX High Sierra 10.13.6), but still working great!

I was using XnView MP Version 0.99.7 64bits (Jan 13 2022) with Libformat version 7.100.
Webp previews was working well, in explorer mode, or in window mode, webp still image or webp animated image.

Update signaled for XnView MP Version 1.3 64bits (Sep 6 2022) Libformat version 7.121.
I downloaded, but installed it while keeping version 0.99.7.
No more previews for webp...
When double-clic on a webp image in explorer, claims that it's not possible to load image.

I tried loading or viewing images on local folders and network shared folders, it behaves the same between XnView versions: #0.99.7 can manage webp, #1.3 can not.
Only difference shows up in "vignettes" management: If version 0.99.7 successfully created vignettes for images in a folder, version 1.3 also shows vignettes for webp, but still can't open or manage them.

Changelog for #1.3 mentionned use of LibWebP 1.2.4

Previous versions used LibWepP 1.2.2.

Is there something to do in XnView MP 1.3 preferences? Delete all preferences?

Hello Pierre,

No problem! I understand. As I said: My Macbook is an old stuff!

Nevertheless, I still can use previous versions of XnView MP like #0.99.7.
Or if there is something that could be activated or checked on XnView #1.3, such as "debug mode"? Or special log file?
May be there will be a trace of an error popping out when I try to open/read a webp file?
