NConvert_x64 can't convert 3dsMax thumbnail file

NConvert_x64 can't convert 3dsMax thumbnail file.
But NConvert_x32 can convert 3dsMax thumbnail file.
But I want use NConvert_x64, How to do?

this file can't be converted by Nconvert x32 or x64bits
