"Batch Convert / Choose Files" Dialog Ugliness
Similar to the "Save As" Dialog Ugliness problem, I've just noticed that the "Choose Files" dialog (click on "Add..." from the "Batch Convert" dialog) has the same "moth bite" problem.

I do not care too much about the "moth bites", but when resizing the dialog the buttons really get all over the place.
On Windows 98 (probably same as Windows 2000) it's not too bad, when resizing dialog the buttons do not change position at all and stay aligned (it would be even better if they aligned to the right of the dialog when resizing).
