[feat] - startup wizard - app folder always creates in user's profile

XnView MP 1.3.1 64bits
Windows10 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Empty 'XnViewMP' folder always automatically creates in user's folder on Startup Wizard run.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. do not press OR or Cancel in Startup Wizard and do not close it, just leave it open
3. open file explorere and goto user's folder (C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming)
There will be new empty XnViewMP folder

Expected behaviour:
Create 'XnViewMP' folder only when OK button pressed and related settings are 'User (system)'.

It's not possible, Qt creates the folder
