Browser file icons

Post by harringta9 »

Can anyone advise why the browser file icons take a long time to load and only do so once scrolled over i.e. they do not load automatically when that folder is selected. As such, it is very time consuming to view all data files. Could this due to the program or PC, or maybe the file type? Has any other user experienced this please?

Sorry for the delay. It also happens with .heic and .png. I attached some screenshot videos. They're short due to size limit. But maybe it is ok to witness the issue. Also, after updating the XnView software today all images reload at slow speed again. But until then, once loaded, they would appear immediately once the folder was opened.
