Hello,
I've been a super happy XnView MP user for more than a decade now. Kudos to the team!
I am currently using Version 1.3.1 64bits (Oct 11 2022) Libformat version 7.126 on macOS Monterey 12.5.1.
For the last few months however, I haven't been able to get any file from Batch convert, even though this has been working in the past.
In this example, I am just taking PNG files, rotating them clockwise by 90°, resizing the canvas and exporting them as JPEG. Lately I've also tried to simply resize JPEGs.
However, when I run the batch I keep getting 0 Bytes (100%) result.
I've checked that the correct destination folder is set, but not to avail.
Am I missing something, or is there an option that makes it impossible to save the resulting images?
I checked and XnView has Read/Write access in macOS settings. I do look in the correct destination folder.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: 0 Bytes (100%) on Batch convert
Hello again...
When normal operation is hopefully restored, you could then post steps to reproduce the possible issue in Version 1.3.1, which in this case I presume will probably not be difficult!
I don't know, but while waiting for a possible response from Pierre, you could if you wish try reverting to an earlier version: Earlier versions.woodshores wrote: Thu Nov 17, 2022 11:57 am I am currently using Version 1.3.1 64bits (Oct 11 2022) Libformat version 7.126 on macOS Monterey 12.5.1.

Try to get and provide more information. You have three actions. Leave one at a time and check each one: it doesn't work individually, it doesn't work in combination (for example, sequential resize). In this example, I am just taking PNG files, rotating them clockwise by 90°, resizing the canvas and exporting them as JPEG. Lately I've also tried to simply resize JPEGs.

In addition to Dolmatov's suggestion above, does conversion to a format other than JPEG produce a valid output file?
I tried a minimal test with version 1.3.1 in Linux, and it produced a valid JPEG file; when testing possibly best to back up to a single action as well.

Hello folks,
I had settled for XnView_MP-0.99.7-mac.dmg.
I tried saving as TIFF and it worked. And changing from JPEG Guetzli to JPEG / JFIF was also conclusive.
The latest software version should work too, as long as I don't use JPEG Guetzli.
Thanks very much!
