1.4.0 - Used "Filter" is not stored, always reset

In "Classic" the last used settings for Filter (e.g. "Average 3x3" or "Blur Intensity" or ...) are stored and used again when the command Filter is used again. In MP, the settings are always lost and can not be reused easily.

Maybe not to "store" it, but to offer the settings for re-usage when I want to edit some images / selections with the last / currently used settings. That's a very common feature
