XnView DeLuxe: Aquiring only first folder from Canon camera

I was really happy to see that XnView DeLuxe would automatically acquire my images from my Canon G2 card. However, I soon discovered that it only acquires images from the first folder on that card. The Canon G2 camera can generate several folders whilst taking pictures (I don't know why) and I am looking for a way to collate all the images easily into one place with XnView.
Can anyone help me with this??

Could you tell me which folder do you have?

Dear Pierre,
When you ask me which folder that I have, can you please expand.
In the Canon memory card I might get 5 folders like this-

204Canon
205Canon
206Canon
207Canon
208Canon

-and inside each folder is between 5 and 50 images. I think it creates a new folder everytime I turn the camera off and then on again. When I go out for a photo shoot, I come back with several folders and I only want to have all the images in the one folder to browse through with xnview deluxe
