sort by Created date is incorrect

Sort order appears to be incorrect for Created Date.
See attached screenshot.
Actual file is too large to attach.

Sort by Create date is checked?

Yes, sort by EXIF Date Taken was selected.
File 2015-0149.jpg is the only one out of order.
It was created 3/8/2015, yet it shows up before files created in January of 2015.
The list sorts correctly in Zoner Photo Studio.
I've tried resaving the date, or changing by a few seconds, with no effect.
