1.40 MP: Folder create (F7) - no selection
When I press F7 to create a new folder - an icon that says "new folder" appears with the text unselected. You just have to select or delete it. Previously, in the old XNView, it always worked so that when we click F7, when we start typing, we can immediately enter the name of the folder.

the text is selected, you can enter a new name. On windows?
Pierre.

Yes. On windows 11. Not ever correctly selected. Selected and suddenly unselected. I record video. Maybe it depends on the amount of files/folders (refresh file list?)?

Re: 1.40 MP: Folder create (F7) - no selection
you have this problem only when you have many subfolders?
Pierre.
Re: 1.40 MP: Folder create (F7) - no selection
I made additional tests depending on the number of files and folders - and I don't see any dependencies
. It's random. With high probability, I exclude the participation of other applications in the system here.
