Only file name column selected after switching back to browser

When you switching back to the file list/browser after the full screen view, only the column with the file name is selected. This makes it difficult to read the associated values when there are many columns. This also does not fit the normal behavior.

I can confirm you observation, corr, and I'd consider this a bug. In detail view all highlighting and selecting is supposed to be applied on complete row and not individual columns of a row.

BTW: In XnView Classic this works fine.

Confirmed

My Steps:-
- Open XnViewMP in "Browser mode"
- Change "View as" from "Thumbnails + Filenames" to "Details" from the Filelist toolbar
- Select any image in "Folders\Files pane"
- Press F11 and Press F11 again to return to "Browser mode"
- Selected image only has Name column "Highlighted"

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.0 beta. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Seems to work when switching back from full screen. But there is when you switch up from the current directory.

when entering or going back to/from a folder only name column is selected?

Yes, just go up from the current folder to the parent folder. Then only the name of the previously opened folder is selected.
