I installed XnView on someone's strong recommendation, and I like its features. But I have one problem: every time I go to quickly use it, dragging in a few webp files usually, I get a popup error when I hit convert: "The 'Use multiple CPU Cores' setting was disabled. This setting can't be combined with 'Ask' mode or multipage PDF files."
This and the accompanying error sound are an irritation, and I'd like to get rid of them. But, for the life of me, I can't find a setting to do with CPU core usage, or figure out how I might be using "ask mode". I'd appreciate some guidance. (I'm on Windows 10, 64 bit, and running version 1.98 of XnConvert.)

Re: Use multiple CPU Cores setting
you can disable 'Use multiple CPU cores' or change 'If an output file already exists'

Oh, so that's what 'ask mode' meant!xnview wrote: Fri Mar 31, 2023 8:46 am you can disable 'Use multiple CPU cores' or change 'If an output file already exists'
Thanks for the quick reply. I'm grateful for the help, and for this handy tool.
For future reference, is there documentation I could consult? I'd just as soon not bother you if I could avoid it.
