1.4.3 64bits: Keyboard shortcut not working

XnView MP 1.4.3 64bits (Feb 25 2023)

Libformat version 7.138
OS: Windows 11 Home 64bit

Established keyboard shortcut "Alt+C" or others assigned to "Copy to" do not work.

Effect: "Copy to" does not load

To reproduce:
1. Open photograph
2. Alt+C on keyboard

Actual behaviour (bug): no effect. Upon second imput, "Effect" toolbar is selected

Expected behaviour: "Copy to" dialog opens.

When I go into the Settings, Interface, Shortcuts, I can confirm the correct shortcut is entered.
When I program a different shortcut for that function, the new shortcut does not perform either.
