Opening .BMP image and Video from windows explorer does not work

When double clicking video file or .BMP image XnView MP instead of opening file for viewing program shows my favorite folder in thumbnails view like i simply clicked XnView MP shortcut on desktop.

I have associated .bmp and .mts files with XnView MP trough windows "Open With" menu but i have generic orange xnview logo showing for .bmp files.

What should i look for in registry,. related to XnView settings or windows settings?

For XnView i am not using registry only .ini files.

I deleted that key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.bmp it did not help, downloaded reset REG file (attached) it also did not help.

I am able to open like this just fine C:\Portable\XnViewMP\xnviewmp.exe "C:\Users\User\Downloads\logo black.bmp", however when double click in Windows Explorer it wont open.
