Meaning of %Height &Width &Minimun

In Tools>Batch Convert>Actions>Image>Text there is a field named "Unit" with four
options "points" "%height" "%Width" "%Minimum".
Cannot understand their funcions. Would you please enlight me?

%width/%height: the value is percent of width or height
%Minimum: the value is percent of minimum of width/height
