Replace colour A +/- tolerance with colour B

I think this function can be very usefull and can improve having different tolerance for each channel RGB and offering user to aply to selected area or image.

You can see "red eyes correction" like a particular case of this function where you can use all colors source and all colors target.

Imagine all changes we can aply in this way...
