Font sizes too small on 4K display

I have Dell XPS 13 with 4K display (3840x2160 pixels), Windows 10 display setting is set to 250%. The latest XnView MP still suffers of inconsistent font sizes. Some places have a normal font, while others have really small font. Can you please support 4K displays please? I cannot configure these fonts in the app settings.

known issue with non integer font scaling and Qt 5.15
